Welcome to the SEO Craze Terms of Service. This document is designed to set the foundation for a successful and transparent working relationship between SEO Craze, a U.S.-based digital marketing agency, and you, our valued client. It's a mutual agreement that outlines our responsibilities to you and your responsibilities to us as we work together to achieve your digital marketing goals, whether through paid advertising, SEO, or content marketing.

We will manage your paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media. Our commitment is to use our expertise to create, optimize, and report on these campaigns to generate leads and drive growth for your business. We will provide regular performance reports to ensure full transparency.
We will provide strategic SEO services to improve your website's visibility and organic search rankings. This may include on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and content strategy recommendations.
We will assist in developing content strategies, creating compelling content, and promoting it to help you attract and engage your target audience.
Our core commitment is to act in your best interest, using our professional expertise to the best of our ability to help you achieve your defined goals. We will be transparent about our strategies, methods, and results.
For our partnership to be successful, we ask that you, as the client, fulfill the following responsibilities:
You agree to provide us with the necessary access to your websites, social media accounts, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager) to perform the services outlined in our agreement.
You are responsible for providing us with accurate and timely information, content, and feedback needed to perform our services. This includes text, images, product information, and any other relevant data. You must ensure that all content provided to us is legally yours to use and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You agree to pay all service fees as outlined in your specific contract or agreement with SEO Craze. All payments are due on the date specified in the invoice.
We understand that your business information is sensitive. SEO Craze agrees to keep all your non-public business information confidential. We will not use this information for any purpose other than to perform the services agreed upon. Likewise, you agree to keep any of our proprietary information, strategies, or trade secrets confidential.
While we are committed to achieving positive results, digital marketing is a complex and ever-changing field. SEO Craze cannot guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or lead volumes. Our liability to you for any reason, under any circumstance, will be limited to the total fees paid by you to SEO Craze for the services in question.
This agreement can be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
